Dont be sad ....its been a hoot tbh. Ive learnt alot, improved my mechanical and electrical skills. My driving has improved.
Its not about the money im immensely proud of the little thing but it cant do the job i want it todo so ill find or build summit that can.....and that is campaign a whole season at Combe in Special gt and see where we are.
Blimin bearings....what makes me sad is the fd will have to go as to pay for it all.
Theres a thread over on rx8oc regarding bearing failure....ive been participating in....someone can find me a solution....
If nobody wants a frikin bargain as is...easy over 12k spent...all reciepts.
Engine out/ in a day .
Then ill stick summit else in.

not for sale.....been some options explored and decisions to be made...but its staying put and project will continue...yep its coming apart for round 3.

just not right now. needs to earn some wonga first.

Ok so ive done alot of thinking...funds are low but enthuiasm and motivation high...
I think i have a solution.
560 bhp per tonne....fd powered Westy...ive got everything to convert so ditch the renny but a sympathetic removal of fd running gear to graft into Westy...so it can go back in fd later on. Use the fd rear subframe to put the powerdown ive worked out most of the conversion in my head...will need downforce and some funky front splitter.....really think its possible and it will be mega quick. Maybe a death trap lol.
