Early bath.....pushing race distance time....coolant at 98 spat some out of tank....engine note changed.....lost some chuffs from rear rotor.....oh dear.

Sounds very sick....pulled the plugs in turn front and rear and lost some chuffs from rear rotor....just packing up now. Not sure if overheat the cause....had an eccentric shaft fault code in ecu but cleared now.... oil looks sweet...was flying.

Oh well....got a spare engine....just need to know cause and eliminate it. Nobody overtook me all morning so happy with that.

Ive just spoke to Ian at Haywood Rotary and he suspects rear staionary bearing....warranty...its not on a car used for racing and ive done 1...plus a crash so cant expect anybody to warranty that...its been ragged like no road car could be. Important to find the cause and eliminate....its just the 1000 mile run init that makes me groan.. quite happy tinkering in garage....think the s type and blue 1 will have to be sacrificied....
