sorry to hear of your woes...i know of a set of non seq turbos. i removed them for a friend who went single, i can certainly vouch they were running ok when i drove it before being removed.  If there any good to you i can ask what he wants..AFAIK he wanted 150 for them....I also know of a single turbo t04z and manifold if you want to go down that route...

Take the plugs out and main fuse out.  Turn over until mist clears. Leave plugs out overnight.  With main fuse out turn the car over the next day to clear any settled fuel.  Put in new plugs and put fuse back in and fire it over.  The plugs are probably knackered now so definitely change them.  Also connect up a second battery via jump leads to give you some extra oomf  when turning over...worst case add a couple of drops of atf into the plug holes and turn over then put in plugs and try and start.  That will help build a bit more compression.  Dont rev it and let it idle. it will smoke alot...hth

I dont think you will have a problem.  Once they are tighten down you should not get any movement anyway.  Just use the correct fastners, torque and sequence.  You have fixed bells so are not designed to move like a floating setup.  The back ring is just a centering rings....They should centre correctly off the shoulder of the fastner regardless..hth

i suppose it all depends on how much work is required to put it back on the road.  If you are happy with the bodywork then its a matter of sorting the mechanical.  I'm assuming it needs a rebuild?  If thats the case budget between 2500-4000 depending on what needs replacing.  If you want to sell as is and buy one thats already done then it may be more economical...should you wish to sell up send me some pics as i know of someone looking for a project. thanks
