Yes a quicker rack is available which is a possibility.
Front toe is parallel atmo. Could try some toe in at a trade off of high speed stability...
As shes live rear i have no rear camber so front is set conservatively dial in abit more me thinks.
Been corner weighted on old wheels and ive since raised the rears so will be out now so a possibilty...

Ive never been in any car tbh...i dont like the fact youve gotta pay for the barriers and recovery....i dont know any other circuit that operates this policy i dont agree with it but its their rules. I watch all the vids on youtube and looks like a riot! But risking my car is 1 thing then being landed with a huge bill too puts me off.

I recently crashed at combe and the marshalls were great...guy got me a crowbar to prise wing off tyre so no tyre damage when car moved..he put his arm round me too...in father son way i needed that lol!!..3 guys rebuilt the barrier with a tractor thing....and then once in pits another guy came and checked me over finger to nose check...
So helpful genuine caring and no 3000 euro bill....

Of course you could just do  a lap at a sedate pace just to add to the list of things you always wanted to do and to put THAT sticker on the car.




But like me I expect, where would be the fun in that.

That's a fair point Jon, and yes rote8, agreed maybe not a sedate pace, but not full chat.

Back to uk, I heard yesterday they're shutting down rockingham, my cousin who is also rx8 owner lives nearby loves the place.

I think donnington may be closer to me than castle Combe, but not a lot in it, I need somewhere to break me in gently lol

Whack whack boom..Fail...caliper ceased...thought i would have noticed but not in a 3L v6 3tonne beast Shogun lol. Milners4x4 to the rescue overnight parts from Japan err no ..Matlock...new caliper n slider new pads overnight 10am delivery £135.00 bargain...its a 312mm disc so big caliper...have to remember for any future brake upgrades..
Strip out after Dentist and onto Westy...

Well achieved what i wanted todo...
Westy ready for mot...road wheels swapped all cleaned. Shogun ready 4 caliper. Eunos got a new front lip spoiler.
The little sleep doesnot seem to have had any adverse effect on Westory...got her nice hot little drive around cul de sac.

Same here today, checking my RX-8 over and cleaning/swapping wheels ready for Combe on Saturday - weather forecast looking  fantastic, especially for February
