Half Bridge Turbo Suggestions

What turbos do people recommend to use on a half bridge engine? Gonna change the one i have due to heat problems. Running a GT4794R with a 1.0 hot side.

The lag is aweful in it so want something that is gonna spool a lot sooner

Half bridge should be able to spool that no problem.
What would you describe as awful lag?

What about Masterpower T-70 Q trim 1.00a/r think some guys on here have had good results with it and priced very reasonably.

sure does, taking turbo off tonight to see diameter etc. Seen a nice GT4294r i might get

As above,that isnt turbo lag! try 6000rpm now thats turbo lag:Giggle to be honest anything bigger than a to4z is going to need a very small exhaust housing to spool it up fast, then you run into heat problems as i think blitzboy did with his to4z and a halfbridge with around 1.2 bar of boost.:WaveBye

yep thats what happend. Running A.R 1.0 and the heat cracked the rear exhaust fins. Thinking GT4202R with AR of 1.15 or 1.28
