Cross member out next, all the other crap and vile brake lines then I can bare metal the engine bay

I'm gonna have to do something with that firewall / bulkhead / transmission tunnel.

Wasn't part of the original plan but I cant hand it back like this.

Sticking a rotary in this engine bay would be like hanging a diamond chandelier in a haunted house !!!

Yes they did. Basically, all rotary Ladas were only available for police and KGB.

 Also they made big limo ZIL for KGB high offisials with 3 rotor on it

Interesting thing about Samara was that they made sivilian version. Dont know was they ever sold tho

More interesting is that in 2001, Lada wanted to enter BTCC with rotary 110 model, but they were not allowed. Dont know why

Wow!!!! Thats rare! Because they were never allowed for sivilians, they were all destroyed. Only handfull have survived. Therefor, these are one of the rares rotary power vehicles there is

Yep. Russians had massive rotary engine production and research. Actually, it did end 2002.

They had 1 rotor in old Lada, 2 rotor at Riva, Samara, KGB limo with 3 rotor
