Kees is da man!

Not being at all selfish (lol) he's bringing me a lhd  rx8 dashboard too!

What a man.

Gonna be drooling over that 110.... I suppose I need to get in line lol

You'd be surprised that everything passes noise test on the money days
I asked because I'm wondering if we can use slicks s
I remember Dave , Jon's mate saying he had trouble at a different event at Combe

I seem to remember a big sign at some stage near the fire up lane on a track day saying No Slicks
Might be an idea to give the track a call

My mate cut grooves in his btcc slicks, about 5 over the whole tyre. He got on track but i think very lucky. They spotted it too.

Damn, Brexit affects us in sooooo, many ways now.

Kees is going to bring his wonderful Cosmo over for the event from the Netherlands and since Rotorstock 2 and has always brought his other Rotary friends across with him, but not now!

I asked him if he was bringing any other cars and here is the reply!

Unfortunately there are no other members to come over this weekend. And we can only take one car with us because of high prices for additional trailers.

Not going to get any better either, next you we will need to apply and pay for a visa to go anywhere into Europe.

Yep, in the "olden days" I would probably have made it over, too. But the combo of lingering pandemic, airport chaos, travel bureaucracy (plus passenger locator forms  :angryfire:) and sold-out ferries is just too much. Even if I technically speaking could find the time. Wish you a fabulous week end at Combe and hope to join you next time, foiks! Keep those rotaries whirring!  :great:

Looking forward to a flow of pictures and videos on the Forum!

Btw, Do you know which Cosmo is coming? Is it the "stretched" s2, or the series 1 "shorty"?
Hmmmmmm over braps

Casey

Lovely pictures guys  :13:

I believe Kees is bringing the white, 1968 S2.
