My stand pass arrived this morning 

MRC stand passes should also be BLUE - so use the BLUE entry gate - and the stand is F24-F25, on grass, just a few yards inside the entrance gate via a tarmac road.

I hope you'll agree this is a pretty awesome location!

Mine has also arrived thanks, I think we have "Pride of Place"

If anyone is bringing friends and family with them on the day, can you post up in here please if they are not on the list I have produced above.

The RX-8 OC will be bringing loads of drinks and food for breakfast (bacon rolls) and would like some idea of how many they might need to cater for.

Have received two passes today - thank you for the RX4 and the RX8 Race car, both state for the RX8 Owners club, can I assume we will be parked on the MRC stand?

Hi Clive, yes, we've planned on the racecar being on the MRC stand and the RX-4 on the timeline in front of the 2 gazebos on the RX-8 stand a few yards away.

Got my pass, it's for the OC but I know I'm with you guys.

Would love to be on the parade lap if possible.

The chairman of the RX-8 Owners Club has aske me to post this message:

The Club, and myself, owe everyone an apology for an email sent yesterday to attendees of the 55th Anniversary JDM Combe event.
It was sent with relevant information for the arrangements of the club stands, and check-in details for the venue on the day.

Unfortunately, human error crept in, and email addresses were disclosed unintentionally to all recipients from RX-8 OC, RX-8 Familia, FD:OC, MRC, and rx7fb.com.
For this, I sincerely apologise.

Rest assured, we are now reviewing and strengthening our club procedures to ensure there will not be a repetition. The data consisted of only email addresses, and this data will be removed.

Despite this one rather embarrassing lapse of vigilance amongst the many things involved with organising this event, we still have what will be a truly epic day out. The parade lap alone will be a Rotary paradise!
The weather looks very promising, and with any luck, I'll catch up and meet with plenty of you on the day.

The great news is that Kees has confirmed that the Cosmo 110s he is trucking over is running and WILL lead the parade lap
