Ok read the advert properly, why don’t Westfield sell the narrow version ?

my point exactly!! So far this looks better than the site received today and I don't think its very in keeping with the car. I only cut a small bit for the top to see what it looked like. Want to do the nose and top the same but with a black mesh

i was under impression the Westfield Aerorace chassis and bodywork was losely based on the Original Narrow chassis. maybe a an Aerorace front grill would fit? i did find anything aerorace had a 30% price hike by Westfield though ???  I did have the original grill it was metal and a hexagon pattern. I removed for maximum airflow and was going to mount a camera in nose cone but it was just too shakey  at pointy end.
whilst where in lock down and things todo maybe worth getting rad off and cleaning through fins with washing up liquid and hotwater carefully. Over time gets filled up with dead insects that go rock hard like a motorbike visor.
I usually do in winter but didnt happen this winter due to being ill and only 1 outing last year.

Jon - did you every have the dash showing the gear reading? Would like to try and get that working, any ideas?

I tried and tried and never got it to work. The final drive gear ratios were all correct. The rear wheel circumference is corrrect for the 13" wheels with slicks. (570mm?)
I believe the spark per revolution settings are not rotary friendly.
If memory correct its set at 1 spark per rev which gives a correct rpm reading. So 1 turn of rotor is 3 turns of e shafts so 3 sparks per revolution..
But this gave me a massive rpm reading...apart from when i shifted up to 4th and got 2nd coming out of the essess i always used to count gears in my head...that was a shock reminded me off a hamster ball thing i went in in Magalouf that shot you in the air.
Give the BJR boys a ring there super helpful.

I think I’ve only spent more than that on a complete car only once! Let alone a supercharger

With or without the Westfield badge. Was expecting it to be smaller so I could mount it lower down on one side
