Pid is parameter id....it cant read

All parameters with current settings.....there is a dash command website. I had a very quick read.

In this context a PID is a identifier of a particular data element with the streamed data from the ODB device.

So using the device in the particular vehicle it is failing to identify if it can support any of the data types/addresses withing the data stream from the bluetooth device.

Some potential problems:

-The car does not have a protocol supported by the dongle or the software.
-Even though the protocol maybe supported the car does not provide any data supported by the receiving software
-If the bluetooth device is hosted as two serial devices within the OS (Incoming and Outgoing) you are connected to the wrong port and there for emulating a streaming device rather than the receiving device.

Well, this car is 2001 model so it would explain that there is no PIDs for this car...

I have tryed basicallt everythin by now. Dont can get further, its stuck on receiving those PIDS...

Just a thought: Im using same obd port that MOT man uses. Is it only out port? So this system cannot send info thru it?

Only 1 obd port mate...did it work on freebie software on the rav4?

Lol Christine 2.....frikin thing...just taxed on line....ran her up fine after pump swap other day...went for prime of fuel pump ....nothing....sounds like pipe off....lets take the pump out again woo hoo.

Quick fix....fuel hose softened in tank...slip off hosetail...at pot end...bit worried about other end but still going forca blast....mine running now....and its faster than yours lol!
