Weird as it was great no issues when i pulled it out. Ive pulled battery off....gonna do a 20 brake stomp tomoz and go for a drive...i got no codes other than my usual 1s. Its rather annoying.

got a few Issues but cant say till we do a little more investigative work but the cars in london till i can get to it next week its more downs than ups well thats just life i suppose then again theres always some one worse off than me

can someone tell me the min and max e shaft endplay please? i noticed some movement in/out in eccentric shaft when i took the alternator belt and bracket off to change the loom.

Jon, are you sure this is not a fuel pump that's either running out of puff, picked up some muck or the voltage has gone down ??

Its out and dis assembled...both filters dirty with blue explo safe foam debris...not loads but defo impeding flow. Getting the pressure reg off to see if made through pump.

Mmm. Confident hasnt got into pump and filters done there job...its a walbro and new when engine went in....got 2 old standard pumps here.....

Nah ....manage to seperate pump from hose.. .grey fuel not good...full of swarf...looks like gearpump to me...lets try a standard...Clive....if its sorted your getting a big sloppery kiss mazda day! Lol

Just a thought; what kind of safety fuel tank you have? Because cheap tanks have bad foam in them. They melt after awhile and blocks fuel lines...

My neighbour just said that....i put the explo safe fuel cubes in....he said a mate had same problem...blue foam swarf everywhere.. mmmm not getting ahead of myself but im rebuilding fuel pump assembly now with a old standard pre foam pump.
