Iv always liked too have an s2000 but it's just that it's a hoooonnnndddaaaa which puts me off

This is the garage atmo....complete mess....i got the rx8 gearbox out measured up the s2000 1. face palmed myself and shut the garage door.

Got the engine and box yesterday....bit of a road trip. cranked it over off jump pack all good. led light check all there.  leap of faith but seller seemed genuine had a zakspeed capri with s2000 turbo in it!

i just cant seem to commit to strip out the loom. 

wheel count is 26 not 30...down side of house...and make shift bench.

ill get wheels out asap.

all the research done yes rad fan oil cooler all good. just prop mod engine and gearbox mounts. exhaust exits same as rx8 need a custom manifold reuse big silencer. plumbing for coolant and wiring and clutch slave.

got a trackday friday in my 92 colt gti....that should re-ignite the passion.

I bet that's fun to drive. I was up at croft this last weekend. Only 1hour40 drive for me. Going too look at a track day there and also at oulton park but croft looks more fun as iv been around oulton already

Im immensely proud of what i acheaved all in garage....its been a hoot. Thats what making it so hard to strip out.

Sound advice Grant....made a list and went back out....gearbox is in mock up. Right no more updates this is a rotary forum afterall.
Everything that is coming out is being labelled for next project.

Whats my duff engine worth. Housing plates all good....all bridge port plates in good nick its only rotor and e shaft us.  Ill offer it back to Carl else ebay.
