Gotta run this combo on wheels atmo widest possible on back 205 and 195 on front with diff offset that puts the wheels out wider...wheels arent marked for offset which is rather frustrating. again more googleness fact finding.

I\'m happy if I get a 1m 26s at Combe in my RX-8 in the dry with semi-slicks! 7 seconds is massively faster, but 1m 16s would be absolutely awesome!

If the crown wheel and pinions are cheap then I would get a 4.4 and a 4.7. I\'m sure there\'s some maths that could tell you exactly what you want, I will have a look around ont site. There is a calculator in ine of the stickies. It gives speed in any given gear at your I putted prms

been another busy day putting fuel system as per regs to pass scrutineering...
and stickers on....not much room on a westfield....cant fit oblong background so goona have to get round on the day.

Well,
Got my first race outta of the way and all the officials super friendly and the racers really great, made some friends today!

So qualification....ha ha bearing in mind front runners are doing 1.10...then 2 at 1,16 and 6 at 1.21 thought id allow the pack to spread out get some clear track and put a fast 1 in....
lap 3 back straight before tower 4th gear flat to the floor. BOOMMMPPPPTHH.( best noise i can described). I\'m covered in oil all over my visor....barely see but can make out the grass brake and make the corner wide....no warning lights...drive off circuit on escape lane. now lots of smoke, quite frankly s78ting myself....switch off jump over barrier!

recovering to pits qualify 11 (of 12)minimum 3 laps done so ok to race with a time of 1.21

check car over clean up oil check for hose split etc discover vent filter missing from breather on filler neck....argghh oil surge...check oil just below dipstick max...

clean maf precaution if went up other breathers....

fire car all sweet cleaning etc and allowed it to smoke off.....clean helmet in toilet lol!

make a calculation on fuel used and put 10 litres in.....

start 11th back of grid where i was gonna be by choice and decide to let em all away and then see if i can pick off the 1.21 guys at the back with me....

have a real hoot for 4-5 laps with a fisher fury and then decide to get the hammer down....and passed that.

unfortunately we had a misfire outta right handers on the chicanes....and lap 10 i ran out of fuel...what a MUPPET lol..

coasted to side just before chicane after Quarry. jumped over barrier for 2nd time.

then a gt86 lost a wheel and his car came sliding toward mine and stop 5m short pheww.

then the Fisher Fury parked up behind....he ran out of fuel as well...

Anyways not bothered action filled day and i loved it!

few jobs todo on the fuel system....gauge is in-accurate so will be employing the services of a bamboo stick...

Remove the lucozade sport oil catch system and fit something more professional.

1.16 goal doable !
