***TRACKDAY, Cadwell, Thurs, 30 May***

Cadwell is clearly a favourite track for many people so I\'ve been searching around for the best date/price to fit somehwere neatly in the calendar and I think I\'ve found one. The date is nearly three weeks after Japfest, so fits in quite well.

I\'d like to gauge interest before saying it\'s a definite on here.

As I had hoped, there\'s been a good amount of interest in this trackday between here and the RX8OC in just a few hours so I\'m removing the "provisional" status :yes.

I recommend you book your place asap as I have no idea how long the "early booking" discount will remain in place. I\'ve just booked my place :p . There is a growing list of attendees shown on the Javelin website, 3 more added today I think!

I\'ll contact the Beaumont Hotel next week to ask how many rooms they have on 29.30th.

Ok sounds good, let me see if i can get the days off work. So would we go down on the Wednesday night or something and then back after the session on Thursday?

^^Many of us stay a local hotel in nearby Louth on the Wednesday and Thursday nights. Some just stay for the Wednesday night and drive home after the event (I\'ve got a long journey so stay an extra night). Room is Â£44, breakfast Â£6. We\'ve been staying at this hotel for several years as they look after us well and the price is good. I\'ll post up details in the next week or so.

HOTEL BOOKING; I recommend we stay at the usual place, the Beaumont Hotel in Louth. I\'ve contacted the hotel and they have plenty of rooms at the moment. Website price is showing as Â£44 single, Â£58 double, with optional brekkie at Â£6 p/p. Please book DIRECT with the hotel on 01507 605005, mention you are part of the "Cadwell Park Group". You\'ll probably speak to one of the proprietors, Nick or Tina. If you book direct you can get a 100% refund with 48hrs notice if you have a problem. If you book via a website you will pay a cancellation fee.

I can\'t wait, Cadwell is a great track and now we\'ve got a great group of us going, will be awesome! I was thinking of doing the Sunday, but the much better to be going with everyone else :-)
