Tina from the Beaumont Hotel has been in touch with me to ask who else will be needing accommodation. She has some rooms "reserved" for our group but may have to release them soon if not taken, so please get in touch with her if you need a room asap and annotate the list below - thx. It would also help me if you stated "no hotel needed", should you be "day-tripping" or staying elsewhere!

HOTEL BOOKING; I recommend we stay at the usual place, the Beaumont Hotel in Louth. I\'ve contacted the hotel and they have plenty of rooms at the moment. Website price is showing as £44 single, £58 double, with optional brekkie at £6 p/p. Please book DIRECT with the hotel on 01507 605005, mention you are part of the "Cadwell Park Group". You\'ll probably speak to one of the proprietors, Nick or Tina. If you book direct you can get a 100% refund with 48hrs notice if you have a problem. If you book via a website you will pay a cancellation fee.

I have just booked for 29th.
HOWEVER the person I talked to didn\'t recognise a \'Cadwell Park group\'.  After some confusion, she just booked my room anyway but not as part of a group, under my name (Tom Westmacott).  I had to pay for a double room as they had no singles available.

Casey - any idea what the magic word is to join the group?  I\'d be happy to have my booking transferred to the group if that\'s possible.
