Hi trackday enthusiasts - we have a new venue to add to our list of potential UK venues. New tarmac laid at Blyton Park a few weeks ago to create a brand new, purpose-built, trackday circuit. By that I mean it will not be used for competitive racing, so no need for masses of armco to potentially bend our cars!

Also a reminder that we have GUARANTEED places at Cadwell Park (7th June), but I can only hold them until 7th May. After that time, if you haven\'t booked your place (see link in post just above) then I cannot guarantee you a place. If you want to drive this awesome, beautiful circuit, then book before 8th May to ensure you have a place

^^^ Ade, the next one I\'ll be organising will be Brands in Dec. However, if anyone wants to use this thread to see if a group of people are interested in a specific trackday event (outside the MRC Trackday Series Calendar) then please go ahead and propose a date and track to see if there is interest in others joining in.

It takes me quite a bit of time to "manage" the 5 or so events in the MRC Calendar, but people are very welcome to use this area to publicise any additional events - just as long as I don\'t have to oganise them :Laugh

If an event gets some interest then start up a new thread and post a link from this one, as I do with the MRC "official" ones.

The only reason I was asking was
A) My brother is coming over from America in November. A trip we never thought was gonna happen. Last time he was here we said we\'d try and do a track day together next time.

B) I vaguely remember someone banding a date in Nov for a day at Oulton.

So I was hoping the dates would tie in together. Maybe I\'ll try and get to a random event. I\'ll keep you posted if I do.

Not all that sure when I\'m going again.

Matt didn\'t have the best luck really. Split his mid-pipe silencer late morning (huge hole !) and went off to WGT to get it fixed. Came back in the afternoon, I had a ride, Pip took out for a blast then matt took somebody else out and 4th gear exploded ! Not good

I\'m not sure when my next trip will be tbh. My turbo is finally on the way and that will take the car out of action when it arrives.
