This might help a few of you out there with 3+ motors AON multi car policy. Covering both FC\'s with all mods declared plus a 2009 Hyundai I20 run about, unlimited mileage on all vehicles £539. The bad news is they will only do this type of policy for three or more vehicles.

peter best just quoted me over £540. which compared to other peoples quotes is pretty .... considering im 41 have 12 years no claims, 3000 mile policy with mods listed. use 2 other vehicles as dialy drives

sky want £457 for same cover.

Just keep trying same companies as they only get prices out of a hat...... I did this before and it changed price 4 days on the trot by more than £300 insurance is pot luck if you ask me.

just gone with reis 300 mile policy and track day cover, all mods listed  Â£390.  :)

i\'m 27, HU postcode (usually on fire) mild mods all declared, limited to 5000miles, garaged and 5000mile limit. £297 with Peter Best.

To echo sentiments above, model type makes no difference on pre-99 cars, all had 255bhp as stock, later ones had 276 *cough cough*. They are all group 20+ cars anyway so it\'s irrelevant.

word to the wise, make sure that when you insure it they class it as the 2616cc rather than the 2354cc which is the FC.

Guys, how are you able to get quotes on your cars? classic car policies for peter best are for cars over 26 years old :(

TiddlesRX7

Pete best couldn\'t get anywhere near that price for me on the FC. God knows how they do for you guys with the FD. It\'s not like I live in a bad post code or have points etc, I even have full no claims bonus. Insurance sucks big time.
