N/A would be nice and simple, but I would like the power. Single turbo is an option I\'m thinking bout, still need to do reaserch on it, it\'s gonna add more cost to an already expensive build tho. Big power = big brakes/axle/strenght.

Where I take my car for mot\'s they have got a mk1 or 2 up there and they are putting a 2.2 pinto engine into it with some huge delorto carbs, even with these they won\'t be seeing even 150hp, but it will still be really quick due to how small the car is, so with anything like 300+ hp you are going to be driving an absolute animal!
What are you going to be using the car for? Rallying? Where in the rev range are you wanting the car to produce it\'s power? I\'m sure blitz boy will be able to advise better on turbo engines as I myself am still learning the INS and outs for rotory pros and cons.

Car will be just for the road. I would be happy with the same power as my fairly standard fd. Just wondering about gearbox options also. I hear the rx8 box is slightly shorter but is it as good?
