Davery, I need to watch out for your green light as well do I?

Well, Mad Kiwi is asking why a 13B would be dropped in the car whilst retaining it\'s Nikki carb setup. That\'s odd for one.

Let\'s just say there\'s other things as well. If you\'re really interested in the car ring me on 07840 060760.

I think were being unfair on this car,if the bodyworks almost rust free, then it would be a good buy as long as u could do the engine wiring & the 13b is alright after over a decade of not being run?i think they said 13b imported 1990,that makes 20 years!!!

Maybe so and my other worries have been fairly well sorted after a couple of phone calls.

12 years is a long time for it to be laid up, even with new parts going on.
95% complete as well..... as anyone who\'s restored a car will testify, that last 5% takes some doing.
Having said that, maybe a fresh injection of enthusiasm from a new owner is what that car needs.
Lets hope someone finishes it off, it would be a shame if it just got broken up, it looks too good for that.

Mr Nock does seem to be a good chap,dose\'nt he,i take it,he sniffed out the details/history for you.
On anorak inspection of the photo\'s the body looks very good & wheels too, have fun with it.

Great!! Well done.
Put some pictures up when you get it home and if we can help with any advice to help you get it on the road, feel free to ask away!

We aren\'t all experts on here but between us we have hundreds of years of experience of living with and maintaining 1st gen RX7\'s.
If you have a problem, someone on here will probably already have had the some one and sussed it out themselves!

If you have or want a 1st gen, this is the place to be.

Cheers,
Ian

What is the VRTax in Ireland,i\'ve heard it\'s higher than here.
You may be lucky & be able to get engine registered as a 1.3 due to it\'s 13b engine swap, others have done it.
