I think ALL above companies should think about what they write inline with the above. Or, reinstate Dragon I guess and you can fight it out for everyone to \'enjoy\' :rolleyes:

I think the reply can equally apply to both Carl representing Rotechnics and Hayward rotary (as he has implied, though perhaps the rotechnics ones is rather unoficial) and also Mazdarotaryparts. I think all parties need to consider if this is the best way to sort this out? I think the answer is probably a resounding NO

Just so we are clear and concise that we do not and have no wish to distribute any of the Tiger part numbers above.

Whilst we can distribute any Tiger product we only distribute RX-7 RX-8 systems in conjunction with Rotechniks the following Tiger part numbers

RX-7 numbers are

Yep you guessed it im confused as well lol.
This thread is better then an episode of Eastenders with different twists along the way, waiting for the next episode.
I think we should re instate Dragon anyways let him have his say, I thought if there was a dispute with companies its made a sticky and closed but with statements from both parties and we can make our own judgement.
Anyway lighten up guys its only a Car Club as everyone keeps saying.

This was actually all thrashed out and clarified completely over a year ago between Tiger,Dragon,Rotechnics and MRP as to who was selling which Tiger product.

As stated above we have no wish to sell any Tiger product developed for Dragon.

Tiger along with many other exhaust companies will manufacture any exhaust part to pattern on a customers behalf providing a certain number are ordered and then they will give it a part number as described above.

Being an ethical company Tiger will not then sell these customer developed exhausts to other companys and this is why even if we wished to we could not and would not sell the following,

Im sure Kash has this same mid pipe bought from Dragon about over a year ago with no problem till now + Shah\'s fd is another example.

If we were not a Tiger distributor then we would not have received a trade invoice from them today, but as stated we do not distribute the part numbers above.

As some of you will know we have sold Tiger exhausts via our web sites long before Dragon even existed.

Many many customers have heard praise for the quality of Tiger systems by hearing me say that I ran a Tiger cat removal pipe and cat back on my FD for 5 years and could still shine up the inside of the tail pipe at shows.

Before anyone picks it up and getts silly, Double "S" exhausts trade as "Tiger" the same as ShyAuto trades as "MRP"

Ross\' account was not suspended because of the disagreement about who was selling what, as far as I can make out he was suspended for the way he went about it.

As stated further back I actually reported Ross for abusing the dispensation he was given to use the Dragon name

He used his private "Dragon" name commercial purposes connected with his company to attack a paying advertiser which he knew was not allowed.

He has actually not been banned but only suspended pending a decision from the moderators which will be a decision that I will have no part or bearing on.
