Well rebuild the turbo pack up today and fitted the manifold :)

Also a few pics of what iv polished so far lol, still gor the rest of the intercooler pipe, plenum, coolent filler thing, alternator and y pipe:wiggle

in the pic theres a small round thing thats connected to a t piece, do i just block the t piece end up cus it was attached to the metal pipe cluster that i removed.
And in pic 2 what is it and can it be removed? has a vac hose which goes to the plenum..

im thinking im going to remove the harness and remove everything i can from it to be safe, not sure if i trust the cut the ends off method.. although using the power fc it shouldnt be a prob :S

Bit of an update lol, removed the metal plate that the nest was bolted to and decided to hack most of it off as its unused n covers the engine (thinking better for heat displacemnt lol) before n after pic below, plus i removed the unused vac pipes from the metal section so only the coolent n oil pipe remains :D

O n iv forgot what these 2 plugs r for lol.. any idears?

Removed all the unused connectors to, just need more tape to finish the last few.. makes a huge difference :D

Also removed the now redundant thread holes n lumpy bits off the plenum, so a bit more to go and i`ll start polishing it..

rico2k_uk

where did you get hte welding/porting done?

interloper393

welded it all myself, had a engineer do the porting but they only ported down 3mm so i had to do the rest with a dremel :(
