i am getting a lift with tyson007 as my car is dead.  meeting at his house (top of hatch end), you are more than welcome to meet us there and cruise up to luton together.  tyson007- (kirk) has told me to give you his number 07786 666959.

i couldnt book a table because nobody really said they wanted to eat & its a bit difficult to book there as there is a hotel attached but all should be ok, we can grab food at the bar and some tables & chairs or there are loads of other places i can think of anyways!

sorry guys have been very busy and very unwell.

firstly thank you to everyone that came it was such great fun, also a big big thank you to ann for the pictures and help with everything.

moving on.... the next one......

13th 20th or 27th Jan just after all the festive funs, depending on weather etc also but this time i may change the venue to a similar venue or keep the same as it was perfect! i will also be arranging big table so we can all dine together etc once everyone has confirmed.

what do you guys think?

the only problem with a big table in the restaurant is the bill.  i really aint one to niggle over a few quid.  as would normally split the bill.  but with friends and partners not driving, if they drink wine etc or if someone has just maincourse and not starter and desert.  just makes it a bit unfair to split evenly etc.  

just my though, but i thought the order your own at the bar worked quite well. (sure we could organise a big table in the bar)

i will most likely be arranging it like this i think then because the orders did vary last time but i will have to try an organise all the seating closer together.

Yes it was a good meet and I agree that eating in the bar area worked out quite well as not everyone wanted food.

I can\'t do 20th Jan and 27th is the AGM so I would prefer 13th but that\'s not long to go - unless we make it 3rd Feb?

Rather than changing the title of this thread I suggest we start a new one or it will end up getting very long. That\'s what we do for the other regular meets like the Dartford one. I\'m happy to do that and move the appropraite posts accross.

And I\'ll do some name badges next time Tharek! :Thumbs-up
