I have spoken with both Ross and John ( Atomic Rex) today after receiving complaints about the personal nature of some of the posts on this thread.

As many of you know they are both embroiled in legal action toward each other so I have asked both to stay off of each others threads from now on as our members do not wish for the type of bitching we have all witnessed on this thread and both have agreed, Ross however would like it pointed out that he has already stayed away from John\'s threads and will continue to do so.

When an outcome of their problems is reached both will be allowed one post on a stand alone thread.
All the best Clive

Can\'t say fairer than that.....
FD or not FD? that is the question.

Clive,

you should be Prime Minister..............
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

Anyway, back to the car...

A7NTY

Yeah its now the fastest car in exeter, beating a horse drawn cart to the 1/4 mile by a massive 0.5 seconds. I believe Ross will be pulling his caravan with it up to TOTB :D

Surely the b*llsh*t on this thread has gone off on enough of a tangent to warrant removing the relevent posts? Its ruined what was otherwise a very interesting thread. End of the day its an FD being made for the track which is enough to make me want to hear more.

Yes that is what I would like! It puts me off making more updates on the project. Can a mod please clear it up.

Dont know the circumstances but have to say atomic there are ways to deal with issues you have with people and their work.  It is a massive pet hate of mine when 1 unhappy customer feels trawling their name through the **** is the only way to get anywhere!  I have to say from experience the only thing it does ios make the person you are unhappy with less willing to do anything!  I am around 500 miles from ross and he has been more than helpful on several occasions.  Have to say the way you are handling yourself is out of order for a grown up!  And just to put my tupensworth in i hope ross kicks your ass round the circut and enjoys spending your money!

Alterboy

not entirely sure that\'s going to help dude...

So anyway...

Ross, what colour seats you gonna have?  They gonna coordinate with the cage?  Thought about what stereo you gonna have in there??  Gonna have to be loud...

Everyone wants to be like ArchBish,
Cos the Bish is never glum.
Its hard to be unhappy

Ross,

The car looks great, and it\'s got my favorite wide arch bodykit :InLove !  Any idea how much weight you have managed to remove from the car, or does the weight of the cage add back in what you have removed?

Hope a Mod can clean up this thread and get it back on positive and constructive nature.  Let us know when and where it will be running, would love to see it in action. :Thumbs-up

I\'ll tidy up this thread later tonight provided there is no major objection from those that have posted - if any member has a problem with this please PM me.

Thanks

From what I have seen of Dragon on this site I can only say they are very innovative and have some fantastic products/cars.  Reading there posts gives you lots of idea\'s plus they seem to be quite active on this forum which is unusual and good!

I dont think it is fair when clients who have had "disagreements" with garages just post non-constructive crap when really if they have a problem they should speak direct instead of hiding behind a keyboard.

To be honest I think AtomicRex lost the argument when he posted:

Quote from: AtomicRexNo I did 2 years of a Mech Eng Degree before changing to Maths with Astrophysics.

I own a structural engineering business and did a mechanical engineering degree as abit of a side line, the only thing I can say is that it\'s a little bit of everything and a whole load of nothing and definately no where near good enough to start basing an argument about paths of structural loading in cross members.  Especially seeing though you didnt even finish the course????

I for one am really interested to see how ross\'s circuit car turns out, and hope he continues to post here with updates.

I only have one complaint about Dragon.... There too damn far away!!!! :)
