Last sunday i asked japi to come by, but he was watching f1s and having pizza ( aka massive hangover) thats why there are no vids yet. Sorry mates.

I think she fires a bit late and engine gets too hot. What would be the correct timing just to get her on the move?
We'll tune her on a dyno later, after running in the engine.

carbs leaks after turning off, even after i opened needle valve a couple times. I have to stop a petrolpumb earlyer than the engine. It helps and maybe the valve starts to function better after a while.

2 nd rotor gives fog through garb barrel after turning off. Is it just cos it gets so hot or could there be some extra lubrication left to burn.

She gets revs nice and i am impatient to give her red line reving. After 60ml running in?
Cant wait to go icetrack.

No Jon, havent got time yet to start it. I had last sunday some spare time.  me and kids went to icetrack wherefrom japi posted some photos to fb. Was awesome day to drive with the gang. Had the opportunity to talk with Minna Sillankorva, woman who drove the group-B FB back in tbe 80s. Her daughter, Suvi was driving first time their e36 with rally spikewheels. She is talented driver, i have to say. I sat a few laps at codrivers seat. Only a couple of time she pumped throttle unnessesarly on cornering.

No rotarys this time at the track. Shit.
I think this winther goes by and my car just stays on stands.

Your right, this one doesnt have it.

That rear iron venting was a good tip. Thanks Clive.
Pic did help and I think I can put it rightway now.
What about the plastic port at side of rear iron, below oilfilter neck? It goes to radiators lower tube?

I use an over flow tank like this and you will find you need to only fill the tank half way to allow for expansion.

Thats the idea  and i hope it goes like that.
Bottom port from tank should go to lower waterline?

I change caps so now expansion tank has the sprungcap. I am a bit unsecure about it.

Enginebay looks litel embarassed now...

I was trying to ad a "pressure tank" or "reserve tank". Dont know the correct word in English. Dont know would that work that way and there are no originall port for some reason.

Does that waterline to als Look ok?
Dont mind the lower Line leight. Its Just for image.
I dont know why Carl have blocked original lineport, but there Is no other place to put that tank. Does it work that way?

Whats FDs oilcapacity?
What fuelpressure would be correct to carbs?  I think Carl did say about 4,6 psi. Does it sound ok?

I am about to start the beast tomorrow for the first time. She leaks drops of oil here and there, but mainly all oil stays in and that Is the mainthing at this point.
It have took a few years to have her this far and I am restless to take her to icetrack this winther, allthougt  she needs some running in before redlining...

Awful mobile phone reception where the garage is. Send a letter? Lol.  He could do with an e reception

;D ;D ;D i know Finnish post office. Would be quicker, cheeper and easyer to bring the letter by foot, eventhough UK is an island.
