Classic Japfest Goodwood - 4 & 5th October

This was a BRAND NEW event for Japfest last year.

Well, Classic Japfest is back at the Goodwood Circuit again, this time over two days, and with a lot more going on!

The event runs across Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October, with the Saturday having track events and drift demos, and the Sunday seeming to be like the one-day event last year, mainly being just a display of cars.

Unlike last year, you have the opportunity to book track sessions, at £175 for an AM or PM session, or £340 all-day. This only runs on the Saturday, and more details can be found here: https://www.fastcar.co.uk/classic-japfest/track-time/

Stand: The RX-8 OC are organising a "Rotary Community" stand on the Saturday and are inviting anyone from other Mazda rotary clubs to join them on the stand. A discount code has been secured (which can be used on either/both days if required). On Sunday, the organisers will place you on the special display area for no extra cost if there are less than 5 cars.

Prices: The Saturday is a £30 club ticket (public £33), Sunday is £20 (public £23) and a full weekend ticket is £35 (public £45).

Note these prices are for Driver + Car.  Passengers are extra, Chrildren 0-13 are free.

Sadly, I'm committed elsewhere on the Saturday, so cannot attend this year, but Goodwood is an iconic, historic venue and this year's event looks like a big improvement on last year, so I'd encourage anyone to go for a great day out with other enthusiasts.
