Japanese Day at Brooklands Museum, Sunday 7 Sept

This is a NEW event for Brookands Museum in 2025.

Brooklands Museum is situated in Weybridge in Surrey, with easy access from the M25, junctions 10 or 11.

Enjoy a day devoted to vehicles from Japan, with a host of entertainment and food.

Expect a feast of chrome and colour with a vast number of gleaming vehicles and much more. Visitors with Japanese vehicles may enter via Campbell Gate on Brooklands Road.

Enjoy a vast display of Honda, Subaru, Mazda, Kawasaki, Nissan, Datsun, Toyota, Lexus and Suzuki!

Admission includes access to Brooklands Museum for the day. Discover supersonic flight with Concorde and get up close to the aircraft designed, built and flown at Brooklands. Explore the historic site brought to life through interactive collections of motor vehicles, aircraft and real-life experiences. Hear the stories of the pioneering men and women that shaped the world of motoring and aviation. Re-live the thrills and glamour of speed and flight, from over 100 years of great British history at Brooklands Museum.

If you have never been to this museum before (MRC used to have an Annual Spring Event there a few years back), then I can highly recommend it. There is plenty to see as this site is rich in history for both cars and aircraft.

Note this event is open to the public from 10am, but club entry is from 9am via the Campbell Gate entrance, off Brooklands Road. Postcode for SatNav is KT13 0QN. What3words: unions.added.finishing.

If there are other Brooklands events or return visits that appeal to you , you could consider Brooklands individual membership for £63 which will get you an entry to other events as well as the Japanese Day.
I don't think this works for the Kool Flo evening meets as I believe Kool Flo hire the venue , so it is their event not Brooklands.

Other mates have joined up and consider it good value

Good tip Martin, if you live close enough to take advantage of making mutiple visits. I have a friend near Heathrow who has purchased annual family membership and takes the grandkids there quite often, as they love the place!

The RX-8 OC have registered for a stand, with gazebo space too, I believe. With small numbers from MRC so far, it's probably easier to join the RX-8 OC stand, using their club discount code.

By all means push it out on Facebook though. That would be great
