Renewal

I renewed my membership for another year on Sat (night) but my membership doesn't appear to have updated on my profile. Everything looked ok (probably timing?) and I wouldn't normally worry but I had an error message using the [log in] button and had to go via the [register] button and log in from there.

My current membership expires at end of April but can you confirm that you can see my fees paid for another year?  Paid via PayPal so let me know if you need the transaction id.

Hi Matt. I usually get a PayPal receipt if you pay via the forum and then use that confirmation to check that the membership status has correctly renewed on the forum (it doesn't always!). However, I can see no record of any payment via the forum and I've not received the usual Paypal email receipt (I only get that if payment made via the forum).

I can't see Paypal payments directly, only Lisa has sight of those, so hopefully she will see this and confirm if payment has been received. If she doesn't respond in the next day or so, perhaps you would be good enough to PM her and link to this topic.

One way or another, we'll get it sorted

Hiya. Thanks for getting back to me. I can see the completed PayPal transaction so hopefully Lisa can see/confirm the same.
