Pre-Christmas Rotary get together

I have been looking around at seeing what is available for a pre-Christmas together and have the following.

Holiday Inn – Central Milton Keynes – Saturday 17t December cost per person £39.95   they can only take a maximum of 20

Jurys Inn – Central Milton Keynes – dates available Saturday 3rd or Saturday 10th December, cost £42.00

Therefore, should there be sufficient numbers to book this, I will go with the greatest number of people wishing to attend on one of the dates above

Holiday Inn – Saturday 17th December cost £39.95 per person.
Jurys Inn - 3rd or 10th December Cost £42.00 per person

Please also advise if you require overnight stay on the Saturday as it might be cheaper to book directly with Bookng.com

Please let me know by next Wednesday if you wish to attend.

Ok, we have now got 15 people looking to attend the Christmas get together from MRC & the RX8OC.  This will be for Saturday, 10th December at Jurys Inn at Milton Keynes.

So if anyone still wishes to attend, please let me know by latest Sunday evening so I can confirm the booking.

Ok, numbers confirmed today 20 attending.

We will require £20.00 per person deposit by the next Monday 31st October . Payment can be sent via PayPal to shop@mazdarotaryclub.com If possible please make the payment to "Friends & Family" otherwise we will not receive the full amount.

Those requiring accommodation the rates are as follows:-
We can offer the below:
£95 Bed and Breakfast Single Occupancy
£105 Bed and Breakfast Double Occupancy
Please contact Jury's Inn direct 01908 843700 and advise them that you are attending the Christmas Party night on the 10th December

Attached is the menu options, please note that there are alternative options for the starter, mains and dessert, so if you choose any of the alternative options there would be an additional cost of £6.00 per course on top of the £42.00.
