Today, May 30, 55 years ago the first Rotary legend went on sale in Japan.The rest is history!

The public waited patiently for 2 1/2 years while Toyo Kogyo engineers worked intensely on the 10A.
Here she is as first unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show (Formerly All-Japan Motor Show) 26 September  – 9 October 1964.
Complete with metallic paint and vinyl-clad b-posts(!)
