Scattering the ashes of one of our long term members at Brands

Funny old day yesterday, last day out for the RX-8 and my old mate Ray Harrison who was an ex-racer and huge fan of his own trackday/showcar RX-8 and a Member of Mazdarotaryclub for many years. Sadly Ray died earlier this year and we had a ceremony to scatter his ashes up at Druids. Quite poignantly we met at Brands many years ago. I took the racecar which he loved and supported for Rays family and to do some demo laps for the guys in RX-8's who was there. Ray would have found it very amusing that I was black flagged because the car was making a strange noise! It was a track day with only me there with a race car, the funny nose was my Dog Gear box whining away amongst all the road cars   ( Ray is seen here below accepting a trophy at an MRC event)
