Forum Outage 27-28 Feb 2021

Apologies for this outage of just over 24 hours. I became aware pm on 27th, but wasn't able to take a look until the 28th.

Having noted no obvious fault, I raised a support ticket with our host, UK2.net. They fixed it within 10 minutes, but it promptly fell over again. I spotted this pretty much straight away, raised another ticket and, again, the forum was back within a few minutes and has been "up" now for a few hours.

A weird one, an innocuous line of code that has been in the forum software for as long as I can remember was, suddenly, causing the outage. Simply removing it has brought the forum back.
