Well managed to get out for a quick pre-MOT shakedown run in the sun.
First time out in her with the new dash and low and behold all my (old) cluster is working again! I did remove a very old "km to ml" converter and tighten all the screws - and no guarantee for how long - but does suggest the PFC will see speed now and so maybe I'll reset the launch rpm and have a little fun

Anyway first thing is MOT next week, everything else can wait....

First attempt at creating a custom dash. Thanks to the various contributers on FB and YouTube, I'm quite pleased with how this has turned out. The process has given me loads more ideas to try so this (like my car) is unlikely to be finished any time soon

Well v2 is partially completed. Applied all the learnings from v1 and got creating a more refined version. My misses recons this is the best mod I've ever bought as it's keeping me out of trouble

Dial centre turns red at 3500 with shift lights starting at 4000. Not finished and may change a little between updates as it feels a bit too "rainbow" but may be ill get used to it

Good gravy ! What on earth I have I been missing? Digital dashes? I'm going back for another read !
