Yeah!! Dash out..in contemplation mode junking heater and dash...maximum weigh saving an all that...roof goes on over cage but its screwed on with brackets rather than qr clamps.

Is there lights in there or air scoops ?
Not sure about heaters , very rarely use them I guess .
But they do help keep it cool I guess

Yes indeed, Was bought at a good price in order to make a few quid.

I know the hairdressing business would never take off, Im not the ideal role model with my upside down head.

I threw Â£500 at it with paint and lacquer.

Got a bit of use out of it, drives out with Emma. Went on a drive out with the Worcester Car club around Malvern.

Its a cracking little car, the new owner has got a gem that will never need welding. Its in fantastic condition.

With my purchase, the Â£500 outlay on paint and the sale I've made a nice 37% profit. which if I put my business head on, thats good in my book.

The new owner said to me last night, this thing is so good, Im nervous that theres something wrong with it, its too good.

I said, Im not a trader, Im a car enthusiast, this need to go to a good home to be enjoyed, if youre nervous then walk away and I'll sell to someone else.

Hahahaha, i know Kev (previous owner from 2003) never drove it in the rain and it was always garaged.

If you havnt got a page for your 5 jon, keep the posts of updates going, I tried changing the name of the topic to Jons 5 but I couldnt do it.
