The 8â€™s fuel filler flap lever and cable mounted somewhere near the original will open the boot lid

So..... one of the bad things about this build that is suddenly getting apparent..........

Stock Lotus trim parts are Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£Â£

2 bits of steel that hold the 1/4 light glass in place ... LH and RH ..... Â£90+VAT

pffffttttt

dont even have a decent original as a pattern to make one from. bite the bullet on that one

Lots happening just busy with the pattern for the rad vent.

Itâ€™s not the most optimum and perfect shape, but it works with the confines of the small front end.

Chuck the hot air out above the bonnet and not into the engine bay

It will be one clearer when fitted

So my boobies are primed, blocked and waxed.

Gel coat next then the itchy stuff......

No mould required for this. The GRP laid on this pattern will be the product.

Had my first drive out in an FB yesterday.

Pleasantly surprised with the performance. Stock 12a goes well.

Lots of quirks which just adds to the overall charm

Lol owned 1 but never driven 1.
My first rotary experience was a passenger ride in a FC turbo convertible. Went like stink compared to my Nissan Sunny Gti lol.

Itâ€™s reaallllyyy retro inside but still tasteful.

The funniest thing is the redline buzzer.

The tone is just like an 80s quiz show when the contestant gets the question wrong. Lol

Itâ€™s more aggressive than the 8s buzzer haha
