Strange like an rx8 pz...which is missing the pz bits...was there an official fb rx7 twr? Like rx8 pz...does it say pz on a logbook though?..i dont know...its special thats all that matters..

No. never an official twr FB. There is so much incorrect info out there in various databases. Even the DVLA get it wrong. If you have a late registered FB (1986), it will most likely be recorded as a RX7 2 (as in Gen2). Then unsuspecting newbie rotary owner orders parts based on the registration plate info!

I can confirm that.  Mine was registered 7/3/86 and is shown as RX7 2 on the V5.
