JAPFEST TICKETS & STAND PASSES - EMAIL NOTIFCIATION

For those of you that have purchased Japfest (Silverstone) tickets & stand passes, please note that Kelsey publishing will shortly be sending you all an email with an attachment for you to download your stand pass and tickets.

Please make sure that you check your junk/spam mail boxes also if you have not received this prior to the event.

Please check your emails over the next couple of days as they have sent out a TEST email today so it shortly arrive shortly.

Please remember it is your responsibility to download and make sure that you bring the documents with you.

I have attached the spreadsheet of everyone that has booked stand passes and tickets.

plus their attachments are not in english and look like a dodgy email, and you cannot go to the download your tickets part.. What would you like me to do next? Thanks Linas

The first email was just a test email.

Just received an email at 21.44 with the ticket attachments to download

This is the email message header :- Your Ticket and Car Pass for Japfest

Please check again to see if you have received the correct one now.

Hi Lisa,
I received the email this evening and downloaded my adult and child passes but the car pass appeared to be corrupted and wouldn't open and couldn't download to try again.
I have emailed Kelsey and have copied you in on the email.
If your able to assist in anyway that would be great but I will chase them anyway.
Thank you for all your hard work in organising for everyone.

Be WARNED once opened and Download,you cannot repeat that exercise again,so make sure you save the Files to your Computer before Printing off

YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITH A T OR A B NUMBERED VEHICLE PASS. ON APPROACHING THE VENUE PLEASE FOLLOW THE ENTRANCE SIGNAGE. OUR MARSHALLS WILL DIRECT YOU INTO THE CIRCUIT AND TOWARDS YOUR CLUB STAND.

Email(s) received, pass and ticket printed. Just worked out what time I need to leave home to be on the stand in good time, gulp!

At least the car is ready...pic attached.
