Key code fd

Can anyone give me a definitive answer on where I can find the key code for my keys. I have taken both door lock barrels out and there is no code printed on them.
The lock mechanism has a gold arm inside it with a "3c55"(not my code/ but how its structured) printed. Is this the code?

Or is the code printed on the door behind the door card?

My key is broken and mazda want an arm and a leg in the UK!

MRC sell FD key blanks or any key cutter should be able to supply a blank that works.

If you have the broken key they will work out cutting a new one

Failing all that, take a lock to your local locksmith and he will work out a key to fit the lock
