help required

I have just bought a 92 RX-7 and I have noticed a few faults that need looking at, but I need pointing in the right direction.

my reverse lights are not working and I want to check the fuse but I dont know where it is (DOH!)

The other problem is that the car is so low that when it came off the ferry it cracked the front spoiler ( this I can fix), but when I took the front off my car I noticed that the lowest radiator (not sure what it is) has been pushed up into the radiator behind it.
What I would like to know is what is the lower rad, and are they available in the UK, and where is the reverse light fuse?

1.  probably aircon rad, (thin silver one)
2. fuse box is right next to accelorator pedal.
