-what are those "karma" things?
-and when I look who is online, why those names are different color?

Hi Jarno, glad you like the new home 

- karma, not sure how useful this will be, but it's a way for Full Members (not Non-Members) positively ("applaud") or negatively ("smite"), "voting" for any user (Member or Non-Member) on the forum. This can be for any reason. Say someome posts up something very useful or interesting to you, then you can "applaud" to +1 their Karma. If you dislike someone's post, you can "smite" to -1 their karma.

- Who's online, only visible to Full Members; colours;

Red = MRC Admin
Blue = MRC Moderator
Black = MRC Full Member
Green = MRC Overseas Guests
Purple = Non-Members

Yes, Tapatalk strips all the non essential stuff.
