Does anyone know how the stock OMP functions. I have one apart and there is a plunger inside it.. what I need to know is doe the oil flow more when the plunger is pushed right in or when it is right out?
I have tried putting oil in the little reservoir in the housing and turning it to see but I don\'t seem to get any flow at all? I could be turning it the wrong way (although I have tried both) or maybe I need something to spin it much faster.

if someone knows the answer that would be great.

Thank you
Lee

There is a section in the workshop manual that covers the whole procedure. Section D-14

Oops, it doesn\'t actually give a mechanical test procedure, might be helpful though.
