Cool thanks Casey. Im very interested as well and will be following progress. If not working ill be going along for the debut. There are some serious machines in the saloons with some very quick lap times it aint gonna be a walk in the park.
Defo goona need some engine porting and some brake upgrade.

Well with no fd here it was time for a blast in the westfield....good check over off levels...ran her upto to temp....some inspection on pipes and sump...kick the tyres and in we got. Some fresh Go Go juice and just got back from an hourish blast....allgood....nothing todo woohoo....thats a first!

Setting off in a mo....Spring Action Day...aka hoonigan day....zero track ettiquette basically demolishion derby....i have no sessions booked off to wing it as there are always a few available....just wanna check her out b4 booking a proper trackday plus i need a soundtest.....always a good day out and need some bits n pieces from Merlin.
Hopefully ill get on track.

Well only did 1 session...personal choice as not to keen on these action days. Car was great ...not sure if i got any vid GO POO went flat again and turns itself on off at random.  forgot to stiffen up the shocks as run on front/rear softess setting for road. was fun as squirming about quite a bit.
This engine got the start of hot start but first decent test of gated sump all good. i ran oil at max and not a dribble in catch tank. was fun,,,bit out of practice and hamfisted...this old engine still got some serious go in it....nobody overtook me except the clio kids on a red flag.

Got half a session..ill upload...old 888s...soft suspension...and me a bit rusty but was first of the year fun. Plus i help a young un fix his xr2!    He was 19! I said i had 1 of these when i 19! ....23 yrs ago lol.
