lol....DVLA...finally got my V5C ( logbook) back today....and its wrong again. Not sending it back again ive tried my best ive successfully registered the car as 1308 cc ! woohoo but its still green on logbook, i give up DVLA its probably easier to convince the rozzers that im colour blind and blue is green isnt it? looks Green to me officer and DVLA agree i told em its blue 3 times but they prefer green...well its green on inside.

no hangon its blue.....

Thanks for my logbook back with new engine capacity.

a couple of points.
1. logbook still shows car as GREEN....its now BLUE as previously informed.
2. I followed instructions to cancel tax so duty is re-calculated at lower rate so car is now sorned....computer system will not allow me to re-tax so i have no tax and cant use my car despite paying for october tax.

very annoyed as you can imagine and probably lost October's tax as i will have to go to post office and attempt to retax and pay for a October again at lower rate.

so can i have another logbook please showing BLUE and refund of October direct debit payment. I will attemp to tax the car at a postoffice.
your ref 68177129 vc10 d4.

all these processes where so much easier and quicker when you could go to a local tax office.

Btw Jon, I have been checking s2000 and rx-8 gearbox prices here. Damn they are expensive...

I sold the engine in tall block form so still got all ancillaries and s2000 box....
Rx8 Â£100 s2000 box Â£330 here.
There defo very different. Prices reflect supply and demand.

Its right on the edge of the housings...rear 1. About 7am.
