That\'s my good friend Simon Tilling.

He has been doing laps there for twenty odd years and must know Combe just about as well as anyone. He\'s pretty quick anywhere he races though.

However, I did once manage to beat him on a Brands Hatch simulator! :cool

Been watching him for years....Very entertaining!.....He never gets a good start...literally half the field are away before he hooks it up......I have a theory its so he can have some fun and pick them all off!

He was a bit of legend when we both worked at DEC Leatherhead in the early \'90\'s.

Reason being, he somehow managed to get a Sierra Cosworth for his company car. The rest of us were driving round in Cavaliers and suchlike...

Needless to say, once in his hands it was soon chipped within an inch of its life.

Couldn\'t resist but this is going back a bit when my neighbour and myself raced a lowly Radical Clubsport against the Prosports. Here\'s my neigbour Rob doing a lap of Combe with a certain Mr Tilling in front

He was even kind enough to let us share his truck awning in the pits many times.

Unfortunately not we raced till 2009 then Rob sold it on as the competition was getting way beyond our budget.

We did fit a mildly modified Hayabusa after that vid. We kept the weight down to 440 kgs and developed the aero which kept us competative right to the end.
