someone would know a guide or tell me the safest and easiest way to convert my FD3S to single turbo?

Vacuum line/harness etc.

Best option would be to buy a complete kit (like A-Spec) that comes with everything you need and is basically bolt on.

Vac line diagrams can be found all over this forum or //www.rx7club.com in the US.
