Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Yup like that!

Had similar mind set for the PP 8 project we spoke about at the weekend .

Certainly the way forward for using 8 clocks without any 8 hardware

I did talk about fitting a dash 2 but clive likes old school gauges, so this is what I came up with, the problem is the range of the rx8 fuel sender's, hopefully with both wired in parallel it will bring them in range of the stack programmable gauge.  ???

Yeah they're a pig. In my new tank I fitted the left sender on the right and vice versa for more clearance. The stock tank has sender and fuel pump terminals one side of the tunnel and sender the other.

I hijacked the fuel pump terminals as my pump is external and ran both senders from the same terminal point.

Summat tells me the ohms reading maybe different for aftermarket gauges and could be a different range. But I could be wrong. It is wiring after all.

I had no power last week but I was still trying ;), the guy I was chasing was the BOSS series champion.

Cars been up at Pips since last week after upgrading the boost/ wastegate piping from 3.5mm to 8mm and Boost is now being controlled correctly.

Pip rang last night to tell me that the cars ready to collect and he found 408 BHP at the wheels which translates roughly to 475 at the Flywheel.
Pip wants me to see how the car goes then maybe have it back to find a little more.

Hopefully this will push the car along a little faster next week.
