As NTT is a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph & Telephone they might be interested to know that their share of the Aston's budget bought them a shave over 2 seconds a lap, delivered by a seasoned, if sometimes truculent, example of their domestic product.  Face it Clive, you just don't go to dinner with the right people....and you don't have a forty footer to create shade in the paddock either. :D

Good to hear Sir, awesome

Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

Imagine if you had a sequential gear box, that would shave plenty of time off too?

A sequential box would be worth at least two seconds around brands as there's two places I run out of revs and have to feather the throttle out. This is the faster way because by the time I change up and down again it costs even more time. With a sequential gear box you would run a lower diff ratio and be able to change gear real quick.
All the best Clive

Mr Spiller

Good news that Clive,  How many times did you have to change your wheels over ?
I was at castle Combe and it was boiling , half burned out after changing wheels over once

Mr Spiller

I can see what you mean about wanting a sequential box , the times would tumble further then .
However , I suppose the gearing can’t be perfect for every circuit
Dont really appreciate the speed ,until you pass other cars like some are stood still .
What was time  difference between semi and slicks  Clive ?

2nd Video:

Hairy moment at 2m48s towards the end of Brabham Straight, squeezing you onto the grass -  same guy at 18m moves out unexpected onto your line!

Another one at 12m, with that Mini seeming to move over, causing you to react!

Otherwise, looking great for Snett on Saturday  :great:
