constant 12 V source

hi guys
i want to install some Depo gauges
they need a constant 12V source
what can i use
cig lighter is switched and radio has the 12V everytime
so what would be best

can you not take it straight from the battery with a inline fuse ??

yep
got it from radio also the ignition one
gauges work perfect everything fine

there are also blue cables under the steering wheel behind the fuse box
one is constant 12v and one is also ignition

hmm depends on the voltage of the gauges rx wire is thin and looping everything off the headunit loom spells disaster

or, do as i have done.

THICK mainpower 40gauge beast of a red speaker powerwire, to a circuitry distributor unit, where i have 10 "12v power outlets" i can connect, add an inline fuse, and wire power to whatever i want. clean, simple, easy, and functional.
