So gutted by today\'s events that I\'ve had a looking at another date for Oulton Park. Bearing in mind Japfest is on 12 May with some track action, and a number of people are booked on the 26 July Snetterton Trackday, there is a "window" in mid-June for a trackday.....

So, how many people would be interested in the following event;

12 June (Tuesday), full OPL at Oulton Park, run by CircuitDays (who we\'ve had good experience of at several Cadwell Park trackdays).

Public price is £229, but I\'d hope, if we can get 10+ people along, we can get possibly get a block booking discount, plus the £20 contribution for MRC members. Pit garages are £30, so split 3 ways that\'s an additional £10 each.

So, can I have expressions of interest;

I have been trying hard to get the car ready, just got a new clutch today and was going to be busy fitting that and running it in over the weekend to get it done in time.

Great stuff Jim - well, on the bright side, you\'ve got no excuses now, plenty  of time to get everything sorted out before the revised date

Lisa has just made a very sensible suggestion which I\'m happy to personally run with. Everyone who has paid for a place at Oulton has their money sitting safely in the MRC bank account. For anyone who is planning to drive at Oulton Park on the new date, are you happy to leave the money there and pay any extra when I\'ve sorted a final price? It\'ll save a lot of work for Lisa and means the bill for OP won\'t be as bad when the extra comes to be paid

If you do need the cash back, just let Lisa know your bank details.
