How to fit RE-Amemiya Sleek Lights?

I brought a pair of the RE-Amemiya Sleek Light Kit H11 Type second hand, it didn\'t come with wiring diagram or how to fit it and abit excited in fitting them but my local garage is busy and don;t know when he will be free.
Just want to ask if this easy fitting or best to take to a garage?
