I guess this was for Megan B? anyway I know the guy at RotaryArt and asked him about this. He said the goods were sent today for next day delivery. And a tracking number etc was emailed across today. The tracking number is 40290670001275 and http://www.ukmail.com By the way he only ordered it on the weekend and its been only a few days.
Also I was told that RotaryArt never received a phone call or even an email. So best you contact them if you have any issues.
Hope this helps.

Yes this was a purchase i made last thursday. im not and certainly wasnt complaining about the wait for the parts. Maybe just an email to say the order was being dealt with. i sent them an email using their email form on their site just as a general enquiry.

Ive dealt with dodgy suppliers before and it was a once bitten twice shy scenario. Im not saying these guys are but due to there being no reviews on the internet i had to ask.

turns out everything is ok and hope to deal with them again in the future.

i ordered a bonnet and a set of aero catches from him took about 1 month to come and when it did the couriers had cracked the bonnet in two, a quick phone call to them and a second bonnet arrived to me within the week, the guy was most helpful and very friendly. i would def deal with them again

By the way I asked about the bumper/refund and there is quite a understandable story here and it would only be fair these facts are laid out first before assuming one should not use RotaryArt.

This is not my place to talk about this, so please dont ask what I heard.

I am just glad that Mikey22 and wolfie1 issues are resolved.

I get many parts from RotaryArt, sometimes can take a little while is coming from Mazda in Belgium etc....but would always recommend!

Sorry to dig up a thread, but I want to order a 99 spec bumper and want to check that rotaryart is a legit supplier before, would you recommend them?

I sent an email about the bumper but haven\'t heard anything, my guess is they may not check email often or their website email form is not working properly.

Like the original poster it\'s once bitten twice shy for me when it comes to ordering bits from automotive suppliers so I always double-check.

^^^ second that ^^^

They do always answer the phone, but I usually drop in on them if I want anything as they are on my way home.  Have to say I\'ve never had anything but excellent service.

+1, recently ordered a silenced midpipe, i called first however to express that the order was urgent, was it in stock, delivery times etc, received within 2 days as i was told!

I would happily deal with them again

ye, mixed feelings about them, I\'ve ordered the rebuild dvd\'s a couple off months ago and still haven\'t recieved them, mailed them several times but no answer :-(
also asked for a refund through paypall with no result. hope to get this sorted soon so I don\'t have to take further steps
